As a Senior Operations Executive at WeCare Holidays, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our travel services. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our operations, including customer support, vendor coordination, and quality control. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • 1. Customer Support :
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including handling enquiries, resolving issues and assisting travel-related concerns.
  • Ensure timely response to client emails and phone calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • 2. Vendor Coordination :
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and manage contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
  • 3. Itinerary Planing :
  • Work closely with the sales team to create customized travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and budget constraints.
  • Confirm all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • 4. Quality Control :
  • Conduct regular quality checks on travel bookings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions as needed to improve service quality.
  • 5. Documentation and Reporting :
  • Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, invoices, and client interactions.
