Refund Policy - WeCare Holidays
At WeCare Holidays, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to your plans. This refund policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [firstname.lastname@example.org]. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable refund percentage.
- The refund amount is determined based on the number of days prior to the departure date when the cancellation request is received:
- 30 days or more: 80% refund of total package cost
- 15 to 29 days: 70% refund of total package cost
- 0 to 14 days: No refund
Some services, such as flight bookings, may be non-refundable. In such cases, the traveler will be responsible for any applicable cancellation fees imposed by the service providers.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation request. The actual time for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your financial institution.
Changes to the itinerary that result in a reduction of services may be subject to the same refund policy as cancellations. Any increases in the cost of services due to changes will be the responsibility of the traveller.
WeCare Holidays is not liable for refunds or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
We strongly recommend that travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks during their journey. This may include coverage for cancellations, trip interruptions, and medical emergencies.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikkim.
