• Website usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs and device/browser information collected via analytics tools.
• Cookies: Small text files placed on your device to remember preferences and improve your browsing experience (see Section 4).

• To respond to your enquiry and plan your trip itinerary.

• Permit authorities: Identity documents required for Inner Line Permits, RAP and PAP are submitted to the relevant Sikkim government departments. This is a legal requirement for operating tours in restricted areas.
• Service partners: Accommodation providers, vehicle operators and local guides receive your name and travel dates only as needed to confirm bookings.
• Payment processors: Payment information is handled by our payment gateway provider and is not stored on our servers.
• Legal requirement: We may disclose information if required by law, court order or government authority.
